Through the convenient patient portal, patients can view upcoming and past appointments, access patient forms, and make co-payments and outstanding payments online at their convenience. Patients can view their current and past billing statements over the past 30 – 60 – 90 days. Patients can check for lab work results, medical history information, review health records, view past and current medication list, and review most current vital signs.
Our patients can also communicate via email with their provider and or a member of our nursing staff through the patient portal. Patients also have the functionality to review their discharge summary of service(s) after each visit, complete patient satisfaction surveys, and customize their profile information (i.e. address, telephone number, insurance information, and method of payment, emergency point of contact, username, and passwords.
Patients have the ability to enable, disable, and update communication preferences, as well as grant authorization to their patient information at the fingertips of their personal computers or smart phone devices.
